Is That Possible to Make a Mobile RPG Game ?

We were discussing this with Zylos a few minutes ago. Does anyone know about "RPG Tsuk?ru for Mobile" or other engines/ways of making games for mobile ? It would be great if we could make mobile games because there is a lack of rpg games on mobile . Especially for java systems..
