[REQUEST]Change Equipment in Battle?

Changing Equipment Mid-battle

Summary
For various reasons, I want my characters to be able to change equipment in the middle of a fight.  So essentially, there would be a command in the battle menu "change equipment", and when that's selected, it would bring up the Equip Screen, but it returns to the battle menu when they exit the Equip Screen.
