Need help with Monster Catalogue(RPGVX)

I have 2 Questions
1. Where should I ask about RPG Maker VX?
2. (RPGVX) I don't know how to open the Monster Catalogue. I have the Catalogue Base and there is no error.
So how can I open it? With Comment?

Ja also sag ich es nochmal in deutsch
ich hab dieses Catalogue base und monster catalogue von modern algebra gedownloadet.
Hab das auch schon ins script verzeichnis kopiert.
Aber ich mein wenn man im spiel ist wie öffnet man den Catalog? geht das nur mit event?

Ah. Ja, nur mit event. "$scene = Scene_Catalogue.new (20)" ist die Standardeinstellung für sie, mit dem script Befehl.
