Chai Template and Tilesets

Some time ago I created a template called Chai. I was inspired by Green Raven's Breeze template and I wanted something that would be a bit more detailed. It's been cold here in NY, so I have been stuck indoors and have had the chance to do a bit more work on these. I'm using these in a game called The Tome. Let me know if you borrow any of these, please.
