Need help with Battle Faces

Okay, so you know how when you get into a battle it displays your characters name. Instead of displaying the name I want to instead display this picture.

Is there like a piece of Script I can replace? If so let me know. Thanks!

Still waiting for a reply for this, it's one of those thing Id reely like to know.
Ps I dont want to actually replace the name I just want the pic to come before it.
