    • Torque Game Builder, but it's not free (30 or 60 day demo).  There's an optional Platformer Starter Kit that you can get - again, not free.

    • I haven't really played around with Action Game Maker much so I don't know how easy it is to learn, but I was impressed with the layout and thought that it wouldn't be too hard to use. But again, I haven't played around with it enough to be sure.

    • Stencyl is not out, IG Maker well it's not free (60 day trial) and wont work on 64bit OS. So Game Maker would be your best bet.
