AHHH!!!! HELP ME I'M GOING CRAZY!!!

I make a new map and then edit it so I can walk around and all. Then I make another map and mess around with that. then I come back to the room I made before (in game) AND I CANT WALK ANYWHERE!!!! I just stay in the same place. when I try to walk my character just turns.
AHHH!!!! HELP ME I'M GOING CRAZY!!!

(yes I have already made the tiles passable, yes in all directions, yes ect. ect)
EDIT2: I found out that I cant walk on any of that tile that's on the first layer.

Very likely you just accidentally set a tile to be impassible on one of the two other layers. Check your second and third layer by bucket filling it with carpet, double check in your database that you have a blank PASSABLE tile (either autotile or regular), and then fill the carpet back with the passable tile.
