Suikoden based Window problem

I successfully converted MrMoo's Suikoden II Window Skin to RMXP compatible. The problem is that there
are dashes on the left hand side that I cannot get rid of, I have attached the altered skin. (Credits to MrMoo) Screenshot of my problem is also attached.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this annoying little dash.
