Okay, so I have to import pictures, but there are over 100 at least, is there a way to import them all at once?

If you don't have to set transparency or semi-transparency, I believe you could just copy the files over to the graphics folder directly. I'm not too familiar with 2k3, to be honest, so I can't say for sure.
