Hello,

I have been trying to make a mini-game and I'm not too sure how to do it. I was planning on making it so you have to press a certain button(probably just enter/decision key) a bunch of times in a row rapidly. For example, I noticed someone did it in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNOZUv4LKsU&feature=channel  I tried to contact that person themself, but that didn't exactly work.

So would anyone be able to help me create this type of mini-game? Thank you in advance!

Milespleasant

Sarena, I dunno how to help you as I'm not advanced in mini games. I can tell you that the owner of that video is on Picceta. Maybe try going there and asking them yourself on there forum as I doubt they will reply using there Youtube account.

Whoa, why'd you put this in Rm2k/3 tutorials?
Hi

Milespleasant

True enough, it shouldn't be here. But the main goal is to answer the question, not critic. xD

Fixed.

All nitpicking aside, it looks like all you need is a little loop. I have something similar to that in one of my projects, I'll see if I can find it tonight.

Alright, thank you very much.

Aah, sorry I'm taking so long on this. I'm working on a new tutorial that'll help you with your problem though, I promise.

I did find the line of code I used, and I'm refraining from posting it just yet because 1) 2 hours of Calculus on my second day of school burned me out just a little, and 2) it'd confuse you to the point of you probably giving up on it if I didn't explain myself.

It's fine, don't worry about it. I'm grateful enough that you're even helping me at all. ^^ Just take your time, there's no rush.
