Oh, I get it. He only likes things he hears on the radio.

Sorry, guy, that's not a very wide range of musical taste.

I have a relatively small musical taste. I used to be a hardcore "emo kid" and I used to listen to a lot of rock (I don't really anymore but I'll sing the words to a song if I know it). Now, I found my roots and listen to mostly rap. lol.

Lil' Wayne
Kanye West
Jay-Z
T-Pain
T.I
Juel Santana
Eminem
Common
Kalib Tweli
The Used
Taking Back sunday
Thursday
Armor for Sleep
Dashboard Confessional
Brand New
Chevelle
Straylight Run

and I'm hurting my head trying to think of anymore so I'm going to stop here. That's only a small few though.

Bollocks. There are plenty of bands on that list that you can't find on the radio. Hell, I haven't listened to the radio in two or three years.

"Sugar, We're Going Down" was put on the radio two or three years ago. I've got a friend who's got the album and I listen to that sometimes.

Nice funny Japanese dude though.

OK, posting this list will probably reveal that I am super lame. It is not comprehensive:

The Beatles
Belle & Sebastian
Bob Dylan
Broken Social Scene
Cake
Cat Stevens
Constantines
Gnarls Barkley
Moby
Modest Mouse
Neil Young
Paul Simon
Pink Floyd
Radiohead
Songs: Ohia / Magnlia Electric Co.
Spoon
Sufjan Stevens
Wilco
Wintersleep
Wolf Parade
This list does not prove that you are lame. In fact, quite the opposite. It shows you listen to songs based on lyrics and appropriate emotional register. Slap the Shins and Okkervil River on that list and enbolden Bob Dylan and you'd have a list very similar to mine.
