Working on the same project?!

Ok, so I am working on a RPG XP project with someone, and we have been using Windows Folder sharing folders thingy (INbuild MSN live folder sharing lol) so we are always working on the same project, but I doesn't really work anymore..
are there any other programs that can help me ?

Please don't suggest upload sites as Megaupload or Rapidshare..
It takes way too long to upload/download the files

Yeah, dropox is a good program. I don't know what would happen if you were both working on it at the exact same time and saved it. It might overwrite what the other person is doing. So you'd need a way to make sure you each know when you are working on it.
