Hi I'm new to these forums so I dont know how to ask but does anyone know where I can get some good
monster charsets?
I'm really not a good spriter

Could you be more precise? What should they look like, their color, their size, etc. Esspecially the style you are using, (RTP, HK, Geredreth, etc).
