[Request] Hammer Trap

I'd really like it if some one could help me with this.
What I would like is:
An event that will have something like a hammer swing across the floor and if it hits the hero it will take damage away from them.
If some one could make this I would be really grateful.

What do you mean by "a hammer swing across the floor" ?   Because all I can imagine is some massive dude sliding very big hammers at you very fast across the floor... lol

Should the hammer be connected to the floor, or swing in the air across the floor? You didn't clear that out in your post.
