[Resolved] Character Alignment Help!

I was wondering if anyone could help align this sparkle, I'm having a terrible time with it! Whenever I think I have it right I put it in the game at it's all over the place!     I took it from the rmvx rtp if your wondering. Any help is much appreciated as always!! Sparkle is attached.
