For about the last week, my internet has been going crazy, somtimes it works fine, others it's as if im downloading somthing, i've scanned with AVG about 4 times, made sure i have no programs trying to update, i just checked my network bar, and just typing this out and having msn running it's going up and down =[

This is normal, especially if you have cable internet. If it's abnormally dramatic, however, call your ISP.
