Title: Internet Problems

For about the last week, my internet has been going crazy, somtimes it works fine, others it's as if im downloading somthing, i've scanned with AVG about 4 times, made sure i have no programs trying to update, i just checked my network bar, and just typing this out and having msn running it's going up and down =[

Help?

my dial-up has been acting gayer than normal, so it's been hard getting anywhere online -.-

This is normal, especially if you have cable internet. If it's abnormally dramatic, however, call your ISP.

I have a bandwitch widgit for Vista, and when im doing nothing at all, im using 100kb/s download :(

House, the internet is going through two modems, but it has only been recently that it has started :/

AVG still hasn't found whatever turns my computer into a spambot either.
