Downloading RPG Maler XP

Sorry I'm very new to this.  I downloaded this program with no problems before on a different computer, but when trying to download it to this pc from multiple sites I always run into this error message when I run the program "Failed to obtain a trial serial number from nTitles server."  Please help.  I know I'm a nub =[

Do you use Vista? In that case, right click on the icon for XP, and run it as administrator, and it should work.
