I would rather have 129845938741 Animefans over 1/2 a klondike any day. Animefan, if you've never heard me say it before, I'm glad you stuck around through the pain and hassles. You're a good dude.

Karo Rushe

I Prefer Animefan than Klondick-whatever his name was.

:X Because of the Anime part. lol.

Animefan is just an attention whore. He's like a post-op female to male who turned gay. WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT!?

Moss.

Oh Arlen, you always know how to turn a conversation around to yourself.

By the way, did you see the crazy thunderstorm last night? It was like War of the Worlds.

Moss.

Yeah man. The view from our new apartment is pretty amazing and the entier sky was lighting up, it was awesome.

Ever been to a bar called St. James?

I was out with a group of people last night, and we usually go there, but we went to Barry's instead. St. James is one of the best places in Southside, but it's ridiculously expensive. I spent close to $200 on shots once. I've probably seen you there but didn't realize it.

Moss.

Damn, you probably have because we go there all the time.

And it's cheaper if you get the $2 mystery beers. (in my experience, the more you get the better your chances of getting something good, lol)

No no no...

I'm getting the lessons from some online course from some Mormon college. It's a good thing I don't actually need to be a Mormon to use their services, because they're the only choice I had. There are NO Japanese courses available where I come from. There's one at the University of Maine, but that's advanced.

Fuck. I really didn't want to begin learning the language online. Languages are meant to be learned from people, not computers. Gah.

Oh well. It's the only way. I shouldn't have to resort to this method though.

Christ Animefan! You take crap all the time, and you still manage to stick through this.
I have to respect your tenacity.

TO be honest, that question didn't end most of the questions I have about animefan, and so I find this thread to be disappointing.

This is most definitely true.

Animefan, I assume you live in maine, or in the northeast near that state.
I have no idea why people cross state borders so often in the northeast, in the northwest we have respectably sized states...

Anyway, armed with my assumption, I have to ask, and I will know if you're lying.
Are you the demon spawn of Bill Gates?
Cause I will kill your face. I will rip off your skin, wear it as a suit, get in a fight with a guy made out of glass, roll around in salt, then put it back on you.

But if you aren't?
Then you're good.

If you lie, I will know, remember that well.

Wow. I'm sorry, but I have to say, this post sucked.

If you have the will to learn the language, you should be able to do it from any [good] source, being it from a computer or a college course.

Hell, I did it for 8 monthes from software, I could always give you a torrent for it if you have the will to do it.

Yeah... It was late, and that's no excuse. Sorry...

Heh heh.

Anywho,

@ Tezuka
How much of a grasp do you have of the JP language? I've taken three years of a college course (by a college prof, but in my high school), and I'm going to start taking it at OSU, and I have a few months to study. So I was wondering if you learned it fluently in 8 mos or if it was just the basics.

Rosetta Stone or Pimsleur. ;)

go for Rosetta Stone, my aunt used it for german and learned it right quick, and I've heard it's one of, if not the, best program around.
