Like the topic had shown... Can anyone teach me how to deal with these three because these are MOST headache part in VX for me...

Try making an effort and search the XP tutorial database, there are eventing tutorials there that you will find useful.
Use the search bar.

Yeah, most of the event commands (I don't know what you mean by constants) are the same in VX as they were in XP, and there are plenty of tutorials that explain how to use them in the XP database. Even my Event Commands Tutorial should probably be of help to you.
