[REQUEST]Modern Interiors of High Quality

HAY GUISE!
Okay, enough with formalties, on to the good stuff.

I need a modern interior chipset/tileset for RPG Maker XP.
Before you laugh at me about not searching, I've scaled google all the way until I hit the paysites with every english word known to man. I've searched this from and found links to teamanti, but there are too low quality.

I'm making, essentially, a game in the style of portal minus the portals.
What I'm looking for are HIGH QUALITY INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR CHIPSETS OF PRESENT DAY OFFICES, LABS, AND SUCH.
I repeat, they must be of high quality. I kow, I'm a picky bastard, but if I had any skill at all, I'd be making them myself.

I used to have some nice futuristic tiles from Phanxgames, but I lost the CD I put them on, and since, Phanxgame's resource center went down, so that is no longer a viable option.

I'm sorry, again, for being picky, but I REALLY need these. Thanks for any assistance.
