Problem walking on water?

I set the tileset on on X for water but just a certain section of it i walk on. Any suggestions to fix?

Did you try setting every tile that has water (other than a shore) to it?

Are you saying you can walk on the water and don't want to, or that you only want to be able to walk on certain parts of water?

If it's the first one, then make sure that there's no passable tiles on a higher layer.
