Ninja sprite edit (RM2k3)

I need this ninja warrior battler set to look like my overworld sprite.
This is for RM2k3, and I really don't know what else to explain.
Maybe pictures will speak louder than words.







I tried starting it, but it didn't turn out well. If someone could edit the first sprite as a base to work off from I could probably edit the rest.
Is there anyone up to this task?
