I know I ask for way to much help with little contribution, but I'm admitingly a noob.

How to i make the text boxes over the characters head when they speak in confrontation?

You need an AMS. Each AMS has it's own set of instructions. I know that the SMS and the UMS I linked you to in the other topic both have that functionality, so if you read the instructions for those scripts they will tell you.
