I think that's what it's called. What I mean is that when you speak to someone and the text box opens up, another box appears above the box with a name in it. It would be a big help if someone told me how to do that. And you will receive credit.

Well, the only way I can think of doing that in 2k3 is with pictures. Just make a picture using the window background and type in the name. Then show it right above every message. It'll be a bit of a pain I'm sure, but it's the only way I can think of since 2k3 does not use scripting.
