Cow milking like in Aveyond 2 - help please.

Hi, didnt find the correct forum for my question.
I wanna make a similiar cow milking system
like in Aveyond 2. You can get the milk from the cow
once at an hour. I know it has something to do with
variables and timing, but I cant figure out the proper
way to make it work.

I already have one DDNS, still, I cant figure it out. Can u post scrieenies... I asked Amanda the maker of Aveyond, but I guess she is way too much buy to respond...
