Stopping player movement?

I was just wondering if there was a way to stop the player from using the character, is there? <_<

&&&&&&&&&&&&&

There's the "Wait" Command. There's also the "Wait until move completion" Command.

Well yeah but It'd be better if there was something more effective.
I mean in a cutscene.

Yes, The "Wait for move completion" command was made for cutscenes.

If you mean like a movie type cutscene, you could always change the character graphic to nothing.
