Requesting a female thief enemy

ok, so i started makeing a game in VX.. and i wanted to fight a female thief before she joins you. i was wondering if someone could make a good female thief pic for a enemy sprite. im really no good at that stuff.   also if anyone has a site that helps drawing tutorials that would be great something i could try to follow. Thanks guys.

Use the one from XP. There are 4 thieves in the RTP. And the charset is just a bit of copying and pasting. Don't ask me to do it, I've had enough of spriting... (sry)

but yeah thats an idea. just copy the character set for a female theif and take away the fourth [i think its fourth] frame.
then again it would not be in the VX style :\

I'm an eventer, not a spriter. And I already did it with a goblin for Dr. Hojo. Not the easiest, but definetly not too hard. Most people who can work with paint can do it. It's not that hard, just irritating now and then.
