Changing Titles and Playing MP3s [Resolved or something]

How do I change the title and can VX play MP3's

Edit: And by Title I mean title picture, not the game name ;_;

Yes Rpg maker Vx CAN play Mp3s and To change the title there are 2 ways but i like this ways >.> Idk why-

Go to resource manager the thing next to database,then go to Graphics/System Click import and import the Picture.
Then go to script and go to Scene_title press ctrl+f and search for

it should say something like     @sprite.bitmap = Cache.system("Title") Change Title to the name of your picture

Red Blood, that's really not necessary. Just save a 544x416 image named "Title" in your project's system folder and it will automatically replace the RTP title screen. Same goes for windowskins and etc.
