I am going to make an identical copy of the image, but with its corrections.  Then I'll send it.  I'll save in an editable format as well, so that if you want something else, I can come back to it.
Say, besides MS Paint, have you got any other image editor?

I have Paint.NET. It's a smaller version of photoshop.

Okay, Paint.NET.  I am going to check it and see what formats it has.  If there's an editable format (like .psd for Photoshop), I will produce an editable version of the image, so that you can edit it yourself if necessary, after I have sent it to you.

This looks pretty good, i'm liking it.

Have you considered finding an editor for your writing? Sometimes people will be turned off by the language barrier and won't play the game, no matter how good the story is.
