Honestly for a Game to be truly OLD it has to be from the SNES days and earlier.

No they don't. The PS1 is OLD now too.

Check your generations. The PS1 was in the 5th, SNES was in the 4th.
If SNES was old in the 6th generation, that means the PS1 should be "OLD" now.
As we are in the 7th.

On top of that. The earlier Final Fantasy games were remade 6-8 years after their initial release, by that time they were still considered "OLD". So you can't consider a game that was made 11 years ago "OLD"? That's mentally retarded.

It's far from retarded, one reason the PS1 doesn't feel 'old' is because that's when developers started caring more about shiny graphics than gameplay. For something to be truly old it has to be from that kinder gentler era of gaming when no one gave a second thought of graphics and just wanted their games to be fun. The PS1 pretty much started how gaming is now, Graphics are almost always priority #1.

Pffft! When that game came out the first thing people always said was 'OMG THE GRAPHICS RULE!' Then they'd tell you that Aeris Dying was a shame.

NOW, when people talk about FF7 they just say Aeris Dying was a shame.
