Importing Animations/battlesystem from RPG Maker 2003 To RPG XP?

I was playing around with Rpg maker 2003 and I really liked the Battle animations/system of the characters (they actually moved unlike xp). But I prefer to work with xp so I was wondering if it's possible to import the battle animation/system/characters from 2003 to XP? And If so How? ( I don't wan to animate them by hand so importing seems like a good idea)  Thanks.
