Why is RPG Maker 2003 Compatible with Vista but XP isnt ???

Esmeralda

They both work with Vista, though ?______?

I don't think they really cared about making the programs Vista compatible when they made them.

Ya I know but it daosnt make sense that an older program works and a newer one daosnt espesialy since rmxp is older than vista

Krebel

It seems like there are a lot of people with problems running RMXP on Vista, Im guessing its because of the diffrent parts of the code in RMXP that doesnt bode well with VISTA, just because its newer doesnt mean its different right. I hope you get your problem solved.
Monkeys work better than zombies.

What updated version? If you're talking about Ultimate then yes, very few Ultimate users appear to have any problems.
