Can anyone make face image / battle sprite for this sprite?

This is my first sprite and battle sprite for rm2k3. (yeah, i used the Heavy Armour for a template for the battle sprite, and i'm still to do the victory pose, but i'm not doing the other ones....)

Anyone who wants to give any opinions, i'd appreciate that, but know that my heart wasn't fully into making the battle sprite.  I prefer making sprites. 
My request is, if anyone can make a face graphic for him, in a similar style to the default RTP images or something.  I can't make face graphics for the life of me and i need one for this guy quite baldy.  Anyone who does so gets credit obviously.
Also, if anyone lieks making battle sprites, i would love it so much if they would make a better battle sprite for this guy so he doesn't look so....awful in battle....

looks pretty good but the eyes on the sprite dont match the battlers eye
