I haven't seen any golden sun graphics in XP format, so if you're desperate you could just tinker them together.

http://www.goldensun-syndicate.net/sprites/ has everything you need about Golden Sun, and if you want these resources for RM2K3 then charas-project has some really nice ones (if you manage to find them). I recall seeing atleast a Golden Sun world map.
