Port/Dockyard Chipset (Request)

If anyone has or knows where i can get my hands on a hlaf decent Port/Dockyard chipset that'd be fantastic.  I found one on the links to resources page, but the parts are scattered across the sheet and i can't understand what goes where for love nor money
