Imporing big monsters problem

when i import a monster it says invalid image size. I've imported stuff bigger than that too!

What is the problem and how can I fix it

is it a character sheet or a battler image?  I didn't think there was a limit on battler images.  Character sheets need both the width and height to be a multiple of 4.

What maker version are you using?  Also, if you can't figure it out, posting the image might give someone a clue.
