Rm2k: .Gif Patch

Awhile back I found a Rm2k .gif patch thatt allowed well .Gif's to be used. I honestly don't remember the name it was a patch that allowed .gifs so I refer it to .Gif Patch.

It was ONLY for Rm2k and was never made for Rm2k3.
