    • After I formatted my computer, I can't opened my rpg maker , it says that it was failed to start because it needs rgss100j.dll, Is someone know why  ???

    • After you formatted your whole computer? Reinstall rpg maker. See if that works.

    Or, you could download rgss100j.dll, which you can find my typing it in google
