My RPG Maker XP don't want to start

After I formatted my computer, I can't opened my rpg maker , it says that it was failed to start because it needs rgss100j.dll, Is someone know why

After you formatted your whole computer? Reinstall rpg maker. See if that works.

Or, you could download rgss100j.dll, which you can find my typing it in google

Well.... It's seems I must install it................
Is there anyone can help me with posting the installer of RMXP(English if it's can please......)
