Can you play a finished game without having RPG Maker XP on your comp?

Er, I guess the topic says it all- can you play a finished game without having RPG Maker XP on your comp? How do you do so?

All you do is give the friend the game folder, simple as that. However, if the friend in question doesn't have the RTP you had better include that too.
