I made this house, and there's stairs that lead down to a basement, but the teleport that sends you back up...it as it I can't go past it/ or step on it, yet the "Through" box is unchecked...

Well, make sure you've made the event's layer "below hero".

In the options part of the event, which part was translated from 'Below Hero'? Because, it isn't the same in this version.
Also, is version. 1.02a the current one?

Did you check the collision/hero touch box?
Or maybe you set the passability wrong.

Yes, I set the check box for hero touch.
and the passability for is O.

Ah, then it's probably the Phasing part.
