Illegal Image Format

I was trying to test play my game, and for some reason it says Illegal Image Format, even though it worked yesterday. Does anybody know why it might be doing this.

Try changing the type the image its saved as. it should be png or 256 colour.

yeah thats probably the problem.. if u dint kno how to change the file format then you can just use photoshop if you have it idk if paint will wirj cuz i usually use photoshop
