Who made these awesome character sets?

I found these character sets in my old game folder, and I don't know who made them. Now, I want to use them for my new game. Does anyone know who made those character sets? I want to use them in my game, but I don't know who made them. NOTE: I renamed the file some time ago, and can't remember the original name.

It can be impossible to tell the exact person who made a sprite, you have an almost 0% chance of finding them

All mine start with LOS !!!...

Not sure who made that Sprite Set...

What site did you find it on, and what was it's orginal name before you uploaded it to Photobucket ?
