Recently, I've been trying to put stuff into RPG Make 2k3, but whenever I do, it says "Invalid Color Depth". This happens even when the image size is correct. Anybody know how to fix this or why it happens? Many thanks in advance.

The answer was just a single click away from you (or two or three).  In the Help file, under Image Specifications:

Stationary Graphic Images must be in .png .bmp or .xyz (raw material) format.  Colours: 256 (8-bit).

It also shows size constraints for different images.

I suspect you  just need to change to 256 or 8-bit colour and save again.
Always remember you're unique.
Just like everybody else.

Photoshop can change the color resolution, but I don't know if you have it or not.

most decent programs can - I think event good ol' MS-Paint can do it.  It's just a matter of finding out how in the particular program you're using.

Thanks. I used Paint and it worked. I just had to click the pull down thingy under "Save As" and try changing it to either 256-color or 24-bit, cuz those ae the only 2 that work.

I got 2 things to say!
#1
Search before you post!
That's been answered already!

Since i'm a nice guy i'll save you the time to search and tell you!
The picture your importing has to be 256 colors! that's what's it's saying!
Simply use paint, resave it and make sure you save it as 256 colours!
or there's something in the toolbar that can do this
