Could someone fix this stair sheet? RM2K3

They aren't centered properly, and when I talk to them on one side, they completely change shape.

Under the 'Animation Type' select Fixed Graphic or Fixed Dir/Non-Continuous

you need to say which RM you are using
I'm gna assume 2k3 in which case, all I can say is, try fiddling with their alignment
or use the ones that are on the tilesets
