how to make characters??

What program am i supposed to use to make the battlers and all the other stuff like character sheets and stuff
also is there any good tutorials or maybe some one can like tell me how they learnt so i can try it that way

It's a lot harder than just reading a tutorial my friend. Takes a lot of practice to.

yeah i know
i meant just a tutorial to show basics or something
and that doesnt answer my main question
what program is used to make them....
