Gack, a even worse problem, RMXP freezes now.

Well, I decided to delete the game, and start anew, and when I try to create a new game, the program freezes, meaning I have to close it, and sent a error report, blah blah, etc...
How can I fix this?

I've also tried:
-Uninstalling RMXP, and reinstalling it.
-Repairing it.

I don't really want to RM2k3, I would of prefer RMXP's format, deisgn, and what not, so...

I fixed it.
By doing a System Restore, and reinstalling RMXP, and it works like a charm now, but...
The RTP that usually comes with the RMXP are missing, and the only ones are the music from the Add-on for RMXP, and resources I imported.
Anyway to fix this?

Well, don't reinstall the program again, DL and reinstall the RTP again. You can find it at the homepage of these forums.
