RM2K3 Message entry box fix

A long time ago, I recall there being a fix/translation of RM2K3 that retained the "Enter message" box's marker lines and used a fixed position font so that the lines would actually be useful. Does anyone have this RPG2003.EXE fix still? I would greatly appreciate it :3

I remember the lines and the fix, I also remember them being on 2k, not 2k3. Could be wrong~

Don Miguel's 2K translation had the lines but not the fixed font so the lines would be of any use.
