Help w/ White ties

I've been constantly hearing, and seeing , white ties style characters....
where do I get the originals from... what are they, how did they get here?
can someone tell me all this please?

white ties is a sample game that was made for XP by alpha nuts and his team. its one of the first side view battle system that's been created with rmxp. although its in japanese about the original battlers if you have downloaded ccoas battle system, some of the battlers can be found there you could find it at hbgames.org but, if you could see jaocarlos post about his sideview battlers somewhere on those post. is a link with all the original battlers that can be found in somewhere in this thread.

np. glad i could help ^^ and i would also like to see some other people, to make more white ties battlers =), with different style and genre.
