To allow it to work with other games, I say remove Sepiroth, put the text in the center and blend it with the fire... that's if you can.
I like the choice of font, and the work done on the flames, gives it a "the world will fall into ruin" feel.

1. I can hardly see the text
1.5. The text font is horrible.
2. Wtf with that thing coming out of the M?
3. The background is way to....amateur

They aren't to bad for five minute jobs. I don't like the purple gameover but the one with the eyes is pretty cool.

BTW, Viper is right, I didn't notice the text at all until he mentioned something about it.

The "Eyes of Darkness" were no 5-minute job. I would rather say 5-hours jobs... Since that whole wallpaper (originally it really was only a wallpaper) is made in photoshop, it took quite some time to make it really good. If you take a close look, underneath the eyes are some white pixels. Actually they are left from an edit, I saved at the infamous "Oh no!" moment. I could have undone it, but it was a "closing photoshop, do you want to save blah blah blah..." I tought I should leave it after I undid the most of it afterwards, since it gives it a personal note.

I do all my graphics on MS paint. Mine look better than that
